Terms of Service – BiheNepal

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BiheNepal platform, operated by Bihe Nepal Incorporated Pvt. Ltd ("BiheNepal," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the BiheNepal app or website, you agree to these legally binding terms.

1. Platform Purpose

BiheNepal is a commitment-based dating and matchmaking platform designed for individuals seeking meaningful relationships that may lead to marriage. It is not intended for casual hookups. Members use the platform to connect with like-minded individuals who value compatibility, respect, and long-term goals.

2. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Consent

By registering or using BiheNepal, you:

Acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Confirm that all provided information is accurate and truthful.
Consent to providing personal identification if requested (e.g., citizenship, driving license).
Agree that this is a legally binding agreement.
Understand that use of BiheNepal constitutes your consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit related to BiheNepal, to the extent permitted by law. This means you agree not to combine your claim with others or sue us as part of a group. Instead, any dispute you raise must be brought individually.

3. Eligibility

To create an account on BiheNepal, you must:

Be at least 20 years old (the legal marriage age in Nepal).
Be legally eligible to marry and not be a minor.
Be genuinely interested in marriage, not casual relationships.

4. Use of the Platform & Restrictions

You agree to:

Use BiheNepal solely for personal matchmaking and dating purposes aimed at meaningful relationships.
Not use the platform for commercial activities, impersonation, solicitation, spamming, or promotion of products or services.
Not interfere with or compromise the platform’s security, performance, or features.
Not use the platform for commercial, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
Abide by Nepalese law while using the service.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials confidential.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Logging out after use and informing us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Content and Conduct Standards

You may not post content that:

Promotes hatred, racism, or religious intolerance
Is defamatory, false, or misleading
Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploits minors
Infringes copyright or other rights

BiheNepal reserves the right to remove any content or profiles that violate these rules or our community guidelines.

By uploading content, you grant BiheNepal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and share your content for the purposes of operating, and improving the platform. This does not mean we own your content — you still retain full ownership. It simply allows us to display your content (such as your profile photos, bios, or testimonials) within the app without requiring separate permission each time.

7. Premium Features, Purchases & Refund Policy

BiheNepal offers premium services, including BiheNepal+, VIP Club, Black Card Access, etc. By purchasing these services:

You acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable.
You agree that there is no cash-back, credit, or reversal system.
You agree to abide by feature limitations or expiration rules as displayed.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for unused time or features, unless required by applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing the scope and terms of features before making a purchase.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

If you violate these Terms
If you're reported repeatedly or found to act unlawfully
You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

9. Disclaimers

BiheNepal does not guarantee marriage, matches, or outcomes.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. Any interactions, including communications, relationships, or transactions—financial or otherwise—are solely at your own discretion and risk. If you choose to send money, gifts, or engage in any financial or material exchanges with another user, you do so entirely at your own risk. BiheNepal disclaims any liability for fraud, scams, losses, or disputes that may arise from such interactions. We strongly encourage all users to review our Online Safety Guidelines before engaging with others.

We do not monitor all user activity and are not responsible for user-generated content.

10. Copyright

All content on BiheNepal — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, and software — is either owned by or licensed to BiheNepal and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of the platform’s content without prior written permission.

Content submitted by users (such as profile photos or personal bios) remains the property of the user. However, by submitting such content, you grant BiheNepal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and share your content as necessary to operate the platform.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels under Nepali jurisdiction. If not resolved amicably, disputes may be submitted to confidential arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with local arbitration rules.

BiheNepal’s use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
