CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

This Child Safety Standards policy applies to the BiheNepal mobile application and platform. The app is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

BiheNepal strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that includes:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Sexualization of minors

Child grooming or predatory behavior

Sexual conversations involving minors

Any activity that exploits or endangers children

Any violation will result in immediate removal of the content, suspension or permanent banning of the account, and reporting to the appropriate authorities when required.

2. Reporting Child Safety Violations

Users can report inappropriate behavior or content directly within the app, or by contacting our support team:

BiheNepal actively monitors reports and user activity to detect and prevent violations of these standards.

3. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

BiheNepal will remove any detected CSAM immediately and take enforcement action against the responsible account. Confirmed CSAM will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

The app complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with law enforcement and child protection organizations to report confirmed cases of child exploitation.

5. Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on BiheNepal. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use the platform. Any account reported as belonging to a minor will be reviewed and removed immediately upon notice.
