• Photos, bio, preferences, interests
• Messages and interactions within the app

b. Automatically Collected Information:

• Device type, operating system, app version
• IP address, access logs, crash logs
• In-app behavior, page views, swipe and match actions
• Location (with explicit permission)

c. Third-party Logins:

When you use Facebook, Google, or Apple login, we may receive basic profile data necessary for authentication.

d. Facebook Login and Tracking:

If you log in using Facebook and grant tracking permission, we (and the Facebook SDK) may collect an advertising identifier (IDFA) to:

• Provide personalized experiences and advertisements
• Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

You will receive a prompt through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking occurs.

Other Login Methods:

If you use Google, Apple, or Email login, we do not collect the IDFA or engage in any tracking. These methods do not trigger the ATT prompt.

User Control:

You may disable tracking at any time by going to Settings > Privacy > Tracking and toggling tracking for BiheNepal.

• No More Ads

4. User-Reported Abuse & Support

• Reports of abuse are taken seriously and screened manually.
• Repeatedly reported users may be automatically removed.
• Support tickets are reviewed, and users may be contacted by email or phone if necessary.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share it with:

• Analytics and hosting providers (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel)
• Payment gateways (e.g., Esewa, Khalti, Cybersource)
• Law enforcement if legally required
